Mrs. F. V. Minafore

Mrs. Fannie Velma Minafore, 68, passed away at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Orsula Caffey, Duck Hill, Sunday, July 11th.

Funeral services were held at the Red Hill Baptist Church at three p. m., July 12th, with Rev. J. M. Metts and Rev. J. O. Grantham officiating. Interment was made in Red Hill Cemetery under the direction of Oliver Funeral Home.

Active pallbearers were Howard Oliver, Shed Thomas, Charlie Rose, Claude Caffey, Jr., Dewey Bennett and Mr. Reed.

Mrs. Minafore was born in Webster County, Miss., February 20, 1880. She was a member of the Red Hill Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband, Matthew Minafore, Sweatman; three daughters, Mrs. Orsula Caffey, Duck Hill, Mrs. Zona Oliver, Sidon, Miss., Mrs. Eunice Frazier, Sweatman; two sons, M. A. Minafore, Elbridge, Tenn., and Norman Minafore, Sweatman; three sisters, Mrs. Joe Clark, Akron, Ohio, Mrs. Clyde Williams, Louisville, Ky., and Mrs. M. A. Williams, Sweatman; three brothers, W. R. Dunlap, Tomnolen, J. T. Dunlap, Memphis, Tenn., and R. J. Dunlap, Sweatman and a host of grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
