HALE GODWIN, of St. Petersburg died Tuesday. A native of Pasco County, he moved to the area in 1994 from Tampa. He was in the construction material business and a member of Hillsborough Lodge. He is survived by his wife, Effie L.; two sons, Hale Jr. and Leslie, both of Tampa; a daughter, Emogene Wood of Tampa; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
