Funeral Services For Miss Letitia Buck Saturday

Funeral services conducted by Dr. Charles Noyes Tyndell were held at three o'clock on Saturday in Prospect Hill Cemetery for Miss Letitia Buck who died Thursday in the home of her sister, Mrs. Henry Stoneham, in Charlottesville. She had been in failing health for a number of years but was seriously ill only a few days.

She was a native of Warren County and had lived here until about eleven years ago. After the death of her brother, the late Don Buck, she went to Charlottesville to make her home with Mrs. Stoneham.

She was the daughter of the late Thomas N. Buck and Emma Cloud Buck. Surviving besides Mrs. Stoneham are two sisters, Misses Lucy and Roberta Buck, of Wahington, and brothers, Mr. Sterling P. Buck of Baltimore, and Mr. Claude Buck of Louisiana, also a number of nieces and nephews.

Those from out of town who attended the funeral were Mrs. Stoneham, son Mr. Henry Stoneham, Jr., daughter, Mrs. Roberta Jr., daughter, Mrs. Roberta Phillips, and her husband Mr. Phillips, U. S. Navy, of Charlottesville, and Mrs. Stoneham's daughter, Mrs. Virginia Campbell of Arlington, also Mrs. Aylor and two sons of Charlottesville.
