Bob Cavner, born on January 18, 1935 in Grand Rapids, Michigan to the late Glen and Gladys Cavner, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by family at age 87, on August 18 2022 in Lawton, Michigan.

Bob was preceded in death by his parents; father and mother-in-law Lloyd and Nola Seeley; brothers, Wayne, Bernie, Dale, and Don Cavner; sisters-in-law, Nena and Elayne Cavner, and Anne Hammond; brother-in-law, Vernon Hammond; nephew, Danny and niece Elayne. He is survived by his wife, Kay; daughter Liselle and son-in-law Robert; son Richard and daughter-in-law Barbara; special daughter, Lisa McFletcher; brother Ron and wife Evelyn; sisters-in-law Audrey and Sharon Cavner, and Jan Seeley; brother-in-law Tom Seeley and wife Maryl. He is also survived by grandsons Jeremy Miller and wife Heather, Matthew Luke and wife Sheila, and Ryan Miller; great-grandchildren Preston, Rachel, Taylor, Ella, Kaedon, Graedy, Gavin, and Logan; as well as many loved nieces and nephews from both Cavner and Seeley families.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 3, 2022 at 11 o'clock am at the Rockford Cemetery in Rockford, Michigan. For those who wish to honor Bob's memory, donations may be sent to Centrica Care Navigators (formerly Hospice of Southwest Michigan), Texas Corners Bible Church, or a charity of your choice.
