Johnathon Lawrence Sears, age 38, passed away suddenly on Sunday, Oct 3, 2021at his home in Ocklawaha, FL.
Johnathon is survived by his Mother Ruth Sears, of Ocklawaha, FL; his sister and brother-in-law, Paul and Teresa Noel, of Silver Springs; his brother and sister-in-law, Richard Sears Jr and Michelle, of Ocklawaha, and his sister and brother-in-law Tracey and Joyce Smith of Leesburg, as well as many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his Father, Richard Sears Sr, of Ocklawaha, Florida; his brother, Gregory Sears, of Utica, New York; and his Grandparents.
John was born on June 1, 1983 in Marietta, GA to parents Richard and Ruth. He moved to Florida when he was a child and has lived in the area ever since. John was never married nor had any children.
John was a very loving and caring person. He would give you the shirt off his back. He was very creative. He loved to draw, paint, and put together model cars.
A public memorial is scheduled for John on Oct 17 from 3 to 5 pm, at his home. All are welcome to attend and celebrate John's life. John will be laid to rest with his father and brother at Cedar Creek Church Cemetery, also known as Fletcher Counts Cemetery, in a private family ceremony.
