Thomas Ferentino, 224 Barber St, Old Forge, suffered a fatal heart attack yesterday afternoon while waiting to have an electrocardiogram taken at the Old Forge Doctors Laboratory, 143 North Main St, Old Forge. Examined a half hour earlier by his personal physician. Dr. T. M. Marmo, 156 North Main St, Old Forge, Mr. Ferentino had been advised to go to the laboratory to have an electrocardiogram taken. When a technician saw him collapse in the waiting room. Dr. Marmo was summoned and pronounced him dead of coronary occlusion.

A native and lifelong resident of Old. Forge,- Mr. Ferentino was a member of St Mary's Church, Old Forge, and its Holy Name Society. He was proprietor of the Yankee Dugout Sports Center, Old Forge, and was well known in sports circles. He was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Gaetano Ferentino. Surviving are his wife, the former Miss Regma Dingeleski; a son, Thomas Jr., and a daughter, Sharon, all at home; and three sisters. Mrs. Anthony Cavielar and Miss Lee Ferentino, both of Old Forge, and Mrs. Angeline Atwell, R.N, New York City. ' The funeral will be from the Tomassoni Funeral Home, 437 Main St., Old Forge, at a time to be announced.
