Daughter of the late Harry E. & Grace H. (McDonald) Williams, Wanda Lou married Robert E. Dorse April 3, 1943 in Bowling Green, Ohio. A resident of Waterford, MI for several years, Wanda Lou was employed at St. Joseph Hospital in Pontiac until her retirement in 1983. Following her retirement, she moved to Grand Marais where she was a year round resident and a volunteer pre-school teacher at Burt Township School.

Besides her parents, Wanda Lou is preceded in death by her son Robert and brother Ray.

Survivors include her loving husband Robert; children Marsha, Louanne, and Yvonne I; 12 grandchildren and 35 great-grandchildren.

Cremation services were accorded with no public services scheduled.
