Charlene Faye Bailey 73 of Delbarton, WV passed away July 21, 2020 at her home. She was born November 17, 1946 at Holden, WV, the daughter of the late Roy and Vicie Hatfield Hall. In addition to her parents she is also preceded in death by her husband Billy Joe Bailey, son Billie Bailey, brother Cecil Ray Hall, and sister Bessie Hall. Charlene was a homemaker. Those left behind to cherish her memories include her son Cecil Ray (Rachell) Bailey of Nitro, WV, daughters Rhonda (John) Hall of Duncan Fork, WV and Vicie (Brian Morris) Preece also of Duncan Fork, WV; sister Brookie Kathryn (Clinton Ben) Justice of Delbarton. She also leaves behind seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be held on Friday July 24, 2020 at 12:00pm. at the Ooten Cemetery at Trace Creek, WV with Rev. Dennie Evans officiating.
