HARTFORD, August 31.
Last Monday Afternoon, as Mr. Stephen Kellogg, of Newington, was returning Home from Rocky-Hill, with a Tierce of Rum in his Cart, on which he rode; the Tierce giving Way, threw him out of the Cart, and one of the Wheels runing [sic] over his Breast, crush'd him to Death. He was about 40 Years old; and has left a Widow and 6 or 7 Children.
