Kenneth Bruce Brown, 52, of Monticello Road, Somerset, passed away Sunday, July 15, 2007. He was born in Somerset on December 20, 1954 to the late Albert Jacob and Mary Strunk Brown. Survivors include a daughter, Kristy Brown and her husband John Courtney, Louisville, Ky.; two brothers, Wayne (and Diane) Brown, Louisville, Ky., and Raymond (and Dean) Brown, Marion, Ind.; two sisters, Nettie Cooper, Nancy, Ky. and Mazie and Vernon Bobit, Somerset; and two grandchildren Dakota Courtney and Dylan Courtney. Along with his parents he is preceded in death by his faithful dog, Lucky. Funeral services for Kenneth Brown will be held at 11 a.m. today at the chapel of Lake Cumberland Funeral Home, with Bro. Travis Strunk officiating. Interment will follow in the Hopeful Cemetery. Visitation was held at 6 p.m. on Monday, July 16 at the chapel of Lake Cumberland Funeral Home.
