Born January 6, 1914 in Applebee, Texas to William Jefferson Pixley and Mary Viola Scogin Pixley, Mrs. Craft was a homemaker who dedicated her life to the care of her husband and family. She loved to sew, fish and was an avid gardener. She was of the Church of Christ faith.
Preceded in death by two sons, Gene Ray Austin and Douglas Austin, survivors include her husband of 52 years, Cloyd G. Craft of Galveston; a sister, Audrey Hall of Lufkin; and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
