Adam Warren of Des Plainesfor over 50 years Funeral services for Adam Warren will be held at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, at St. Mary Church, 794 Pearson St., Des Plaines. Born Nov. 10, 1927, in Chicago, he died Thursday, April 8, 2004, at Hospice of the North Shore. Entombment will be in All Saints Cemetery. Adam was the president of I.B.E.W. Local 1866 and was an instructor at Teletype in Skokie. He was a member of St. Mary Church, a past commander of American Legion Post #36, a life member of Des Plaines VFW Post #2992, a member of the Des Plaines Elks and was a member of the Des Plaines Senior Center. He was the husband of Marilyn E. (nee Thiery); father of Gary (Irene) of Des Plaines and Debra L. (Vito) Brunetti of Mount Prospect; grandfather of Joseph and Michael Brunetti and Nicole Warren; and brother of five. Visitation will be held from 3 to 9 p.m. Monday, at The New Oehler Funeral Home, 2099 Miner St., Des Plaines. Memorials may be made to Palliative Care Center and Hospice of the North Shore, 284 Center St., Evanston, IL 60201.
