On Wednesday, July 20, 2022, Richard Edward Aaron, Sr, passed away at the age of 66. Born on September 29, 1955, in Millville, New Jersey, to the late James Aaron, Sr. and Helen Garland Aaron. Richard is preceded in death by his brothers Charles Garland and James Aaron, Jr.

From his youth, Richard was an entrepreneur and he was industrious. As an elementary school and intermediate school student, Richard maintained a news paper route; he established a Lawn Care Service business, and during the harsh winter months, Richard established a Snow Removal Service business.

Richard attended Andrew Jackson High School, Queens, N.Y. for a few years. However, he choose to complete his education elsewhere and he entered The Job Corps. Thereafter, Richard enlisted in the United States Navy. While enlisted in the Navy, Richard earned his AA Degree also.

He was a "builder" by nature, evident in his pursuits and chosen career as an Iron Worker. Richard loved his profession; contributed earnestly and he highly esteemed his Iron Workers' Brotherhood. He worked on various high profile projects throughout New York City. He truly enjoyed his craft and when given the opportunity, he would point out many of the structures to which he labored to complete.

Richard was known for his quick-witted humor, fierce determination and generous spirit. He is survived by his sisters, Nancee, Rebecca, Regina, stepmother Norma, daughters, Tanika, Ashley and Jade, sons Richard II, Richard III, Travis and Cody, grandchildren Brianna, Anthony, Clayton, Malachi, Jaden, Adrianna, Liam, Eli, Aiden, aunts, an uncle, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family Glenda, Brian, and Sheila and a host of loving friends too numerous to list individually. We apologize that we're not able to name each person and we don't want to leave anyone out. This became a rich household: one that was full of life, challenge, love, dreams and hope.

He loved camping, fishing and had enjoyed numerous adventures during his youth and adulthood. He was captivated with the beauty and serenity of the Pocono Mountains, PA area; and hoped to reside in this region.
