Raymond's Grandmother, Margaret Henry "Peggy" (Belcher) Adkins, was a sister to my Gr-Gr-Grandmother, Mary "Molly" (Belcher) Queen. They were the daughters of Elias "Eli"/"Aley" Belcher & Mary "Polly" (Pinson) Belcher.

Mary "Molly" (Belcher) Queen and her husband, Henry Caleb Queen, are buried at Queen's Ridge Cemetery, Dunlow, Wayne County, WV.

Research indicates that Raymond was the descendent of Revolutionary War Soldier, David Adkins (1754-1832).
