Railroad was pulling into the Delphos at 2 P.M yesterday Ed Stuter a young man employed at the Phelan House as porter, attempted to jump on the second coach, and missing his footing, fell between the cars and both his legs were cut off below the knees by the wheels. They did all they could to ease the sufferings of the poor youth, who died about an hour later. he was about 18 years of age and an energetic young fellow. He has an Aunt living at Van wert.
