Ursula Regina Bristow-Fowler passed away unexpectedly on September 9, 2022, in Somerset, New Jersey, at age 57.

Ursula was born May 17, 1965, in Newark, New Jersey, to the late Celethal and Ruth E. Bristow. She attended Vailsburg High School and ultimately obtained a business certification in 1984. In 1992, she also attended Essex County Vocational school in Newark, New Jersey, where she was awarded a Nursing Assistant Certificate.

After her formal educational experience, Ursula acted as a bank manager for First Fidelity Bank for two years. She then worked as an esteemed managerial professional at Continental Airlines and a host of other corporations. Ursula's interests included: reading the Bible and listening to gospel and soulful R&B music. Ursula also thoroughly enjoyed shopping and was well known for being fashionable. Since age 11, people closest to her would always say she dressed to impress.

Ursula earned the moniker "The Mayor", as she would meet new people and build long-term friendships. She truly had a heart of gold.

Ursula was a burst of light in every room and will be greatly missed.
