Lois Eller, 75 year old Woodward resident, passed away Thursday, September 15, 2022 in Midwest City.

Lois Maxine (Davis) Eller was born on October 10, 1946 in Woodward, Oklahoma to Ira Clarence and Lula Vera (Norris) Davis. The family lived in Adair, Oklahoma, Leedey and Woodward. Lois attended Woodward schools and graduated from Woodward High School in 1964. She was united in marriage to James Elmer Eller on December 16, 1981 in Woodward, Oklahoma. They made their home in Woodward and continued living there. Lois worked for the Fruit of the Loom Factory, Western State Hospital, the Woodward Nursing Home and owned her own rental company, before selling a couple of years ago.

She was a member of the First Baptist Church and enjoyed attending New Covenant Church. Lois enjoyed traveling, living in the country, growing a garden, making sand plum jelly for Jim and upholstering chairs.

She is survived by her daughter, Danielle Newman and husband Joseph of Woodward; grandchildren: Jacoby Newman of Woodward, Abby Wallace and Brody Wallace; great-grandson, Xander Newman of Woodward; step-daughter, Debra Eller Lamb; other relatives and friends.

Lois was preceded in death by her parents and her husband James Eller.
