Mrs. Bertha M. Singer, 87, formerly of 500 South Commerce street, passed away Monday at Cedar Springs Care Center. She was preceded in death by her husband, Vernon, in 1954. s. Singer was a member of Calvary United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her brother, John Protzman; two nephews, John M. Protzman, Kettering, and Grafton Protzman, Rio Piedras Puerto Rico; two nieces, Mrs. Rebecca Fewell, Reseda, Calif., and Mrs. Jane Williams, Murphys, Calif.
Funeral Services for Mrs. Singer will be at 2 p.m. today, (Thursday) at Kramer and Moeller funeral home with Rev. Joseph Bailey officiating. Interment will be in Roselawn cemetery.
