~~OBITUARY~~
VISALIA — Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday in the Miller Memorial Chapel for Hugh H. Percy, 87, of Visalia, who was murdered in his home Wednesday [during a burglary].
Burial will be in the Visalia Cemetery.
Percy was born in Lexington, Okla., and was a rancher until his retirement.
His wife, Mae, died in 1972.
Survivors include four sons, Earl of Fresno, R. C. of Bethel Island, Jack of Farmersville and William of Delano; two daughters, Mrs. Leona McCollum of Madison, Kan., and Mrs. Lois Replogle of Broken Arrow, Okla.;
And four sisters, Mrs. Lena Myers of Anthony, N.M., Mrs. Hattie Tate of Plainview, Tex., Mrs. Thelma Walls of Floydada, Tex., and Mrs. Verlan Marsee of Norman, Okla.; two brothers, Seth Percy of Wayne. Okla., and Roy Percy of Moore, Okla.; 15 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grand-children.

NOTE: His sister Verlon W Marsee, 1909-2003, of Norman, Okla died March 12, 2003 in Norman, age 93; her husband Marvin died April 30, 1999 in Norman, age 92. Marvin's father Joseph G. Marsee came from Kentucky and settled in Lexington, Okla.
