Lyndon A. Crosby, 92, passed away Tuesday, September 27, 2022, at his home with his loving family by his side.

He was born June 27, 1930, in East Millinocket, the son of Frank and Helen (Lee) Crosby.

Lyndon is survived by his wife and best friend of 68 years, Elizabeth (Dunphy) Crosby.

Lyndon and Elizabeth married on June 19, 1954, and lived a beautiful life together, raising their two daughters Laurie Robichaud and her husband Vernon of Woodville, and Donna Birkel and her husband Kevin of Brewer.

Lyndon worked at the Great Northern Paper Company in East Millinocket for 32 years, retiring in 1987. He was on the credit committee for the EastMill Federal Credit Union, served with the East Millinocket Police Department, and was a proud veteran of the U.S. Navy, serving on the USS Chanticleer (ASR-7).

Lyndon was a member of the First Congregational Church of East Millinocket, the Pine Tree Lodge #172, A.F. & A.M. in Mattawamkeag, the Scottish Rite Bodies, and Donald Henry Post #80 of the American Legion in Millinocket.

Lyndon's family meant everything to him, and he loved them all.
