He was born to Ronald and Lois (Miller) Vail and attended the Special Education Program Vancouver System (1966-1984).
Rion was a specialty workshop worker for Sho-Craft/ Vantech Enterprises (1984-2006). He enjoyed building models and rock & roll music.
Rion is survived by his parents; brothers, Russell (Debbie) and Andrew (Kay); and sister, Melanie Welker (Ron).
He was preceded in death by his grandparents (both Vail and Miller).
A memorial service will be held at Evergreen Memorial Gardens Chapel on Sat., May 5, 2018 at 3p.m.
