Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Assembly of God Church in Laverne, Okla. with the Rev. Wes Peterman officiating. Burial will be in Laverne Memorial Cemetery. Arrangements are by Myatt Seeger Funeral Home.
Mrs. Taft was born Sept. 23, 1925, in Ellis County, Okla. and was the owner and operator of Wishing Well Collectibles and Antiques. She married Walter Wilber Taft on Oct. 26, 1942, in Seattle, Wash.
Survivors include two sons, Del R. Taft of Dumas, Texas and Dean Taft of El Dorado; two daughters, Deanna Vrtiska of Dallas and Denise Hamm of Seminole, Texas; nine grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials be to Myatt-Seeger Funeral Home, Box 909, Laverne, OK 73848.
