After graduating from Stanford she married Alan Fayé, Jr., of Waimea, Kauai and they had three children, Ian, Robert, and Megan. She resettled in San Diego and taught for twenty years, eventually marrying John Moody.
She retired in 1992 and spent her later years joyfully spending time with her children and grandchildren, supporting the arts and singing in the choir at her church in Point Loma.
She passed away on July 22, 2022, after a loving goodbye from her family, which includes three children, nine grandchildren, one great-granddaughter and a great-grandson on the way. Her memorial service will be held at Point Loma Community Presbyterian Church on Chatsworth Boulevard on August 6th at 1pm.
Her family would like to extend a special thank-you to her wonderful caregivers for making her last days comfortable.
