Anna was a member of the Steelville First Baptist Church.
She always had a passion for vegetable and flower gardening. For several years, Anna worked for Gladden's Green House and was praised by her former employer and dear friend for being so faithful and dedicated to her job. Anna also enjoyed cooking, canning, sewing, knitting, crocheting and most of all quilting.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Horace and Leona Halbert; her husband, Leonard Leroy Fudge; two sons, Robert Leroy Fudge and Richard Leland Fudge; one daughter, Janet Lee Edgar; three brothers, Johnny Halbert, Darrell Halbert and Horace Nathan Halbert, Jr.; three sisters, Lucille (Earl) Arnold, Ada (Jim) Walls, Fay Elkins; brother's in-law, Charlie Smith and Robert Koehler.
She will be sadly missed by her two daughters, Marcia (Larry) Sego of Cuba, MO and Lisa (Tim) Evans of Grain Valley, MO; one son, Greg (Teresa) Fudge of Cuba, MO; son-in-law, Bill Edgar of Steelville, MO; one brother, Harold (Vickie) Halbert of Cuba, MO; two sisters, Mary Smith of Cuba, MO and Rosalie Koehler of Tacoma, WA; brother-in-law, Harley Elkins; sister-in-law, Betty Griffith; eleven grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; other relatives; and friends.
The Family received friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 12, 2022 at the Britton-Bennett Funeral Home in Steelville, MO.
Funeral services were held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 13, 2022 with Rev. Jerry Beers officiating. Special music of "How Great Thou Art", "Ava Maria" and "Amazing Grace was played.
Committal prayer and interment were in the Steelville Cemetery.
Honored to be casket bearers were Blake Edgar, Billy Edgar, Brian Edgar, Larry Sego, Matt DeParle, Tim Evans and Bill Edgar.
