Funeral services for Terry Glenn Bogle, 60, of Chickasha, will be held at First Baptist Church.
Terry Glenn Bogle was born March 25, 1962 in Chickasha, Oklahoma to Arthur Hugh Bogle and Juanita Carol (Johnson) Bogle. He passed from this life on Tuesday, October 11, 2022 surrounded by his loved ones at his home in Chickasha, Oklahoma.
Terry grew up in Chickasha and graduated from Chickasha High School in 1980.
In 1979 while he was on a date with Kay Cocheran, he fell in love at first sight and they were married December 28, 1981, in Cement, Oklahoma. She was the love of his life, and they shared 40 wonderful years and two amazing daughters, who he called "Slim" and "Baby Girl."
Terry worked in the oilfield most of his life. Through the years, he coached baseball and softball. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends and loved being with his grandchildren. He enjoyed going to the lake and liked to golf. He liked to dance like Michael Jackson and was the life of the party, lighting up the room with his energy. He was full of life with a big heart and would help anyone. He was the best confidante; you could tell him your secrets and he would keep them.
He was preceded in death by both parents, brothers Jackie Bogle and Ted Bogle, and mother-in-law LaVelle Cocheran.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Alzheimer's Association at https://act.alz.org/donate.
Interment will be in Fairlawn Cemetery under the direction of Ferguson Funeral Home.
