James Edward Thompson, Jr., 78, of Muskogee, Oklahoma passed away on Saturday, October 8, 2022. He was born on December 23, 1943 to James Edward Thompson, Sr. and Wanda Mazell (Lane) Thompson in Visalia, California. James graduated from Brownwood High School in Brownwood, Texas. He was a construction contractor in the real estate/construction industry.
James loved his family very much and will be missed by everyone who knew and loved him.
He was preceded in death by his parents James and Wanda Thompson; and brother Tommy Thompson.
James is survived by his son, Randy Thompson and wife Darcy Thompson of Frisco, TX; grandsons, Ryan Thompson and Matt Thompson; son, Terry Thompson and wife Darcy A. Thompson of Frisco, TX; granddaughter, Alexis Gilchrist and husband Brett Gilchrist of Celina, TX; great-grandson, Graham Gilchrist of Celina, TX; grandson, Justin Thompson of Austin, TX; sister, Cherrie Beth Spearman of Brownwood, TX; brother Jack Thompson of Brownwood, TX; and many other family members and friends.
