Ms. Billman was born March 3, 1987, in Urbana, a daughter to Mark and Patty Salmon Billman.
Surviving are her mother and stepfather, Patty and Mike Hicks of Tolono; father and stepmother, Mark and Stacy Billman of Tolono; one sister, Ashley Billman of Tolono; one brother, Mason Billman of Tolono; two stepbrothers, Michael and Ben Hicks, both of Champaign; maternal grandparents Roger and Sue Salmon; paternal grandmother Ina Billman of Tolono; paternal stepgrandmother Mel Billman of Tolono; and numerous aunts and uncles.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, William E. Billman.
Holly graduated from Unity High School in 2005. She attended Carl Sandburg College, Galesburg, where she played volleyball and softball on scholarships.
Holly was full of joy, laughter and love, which she shared with her many friends.
She was loved very much by her family and will be deeply missed.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 9, 2008, at St. Patrick Catholic Church, Tolono, with the Rev. Joseph Dondanville officiating. Burial will be at Bailey Memorial Cemetery, Tolono. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at Freese Funeral Home, 407 N. Bourne St., Tolono.
Memorials may be made to the Holly Billman Athletic Scholarship Fund in care of Busey Bank, Tolono.
