Jeni was a 1992 Marian High School graduate where she was known for her basketball and softball skills. She graduated from Indiana University with a bachelor of science in nursing in 1996. She had been employed by Memorial Hospital of South Bend, IN since 1995, her most recent assignment was in the ICU. Her fellow nurses describe her as a compassionate, caring, knowledgeable and efficient nurse. She was most proud of her recent promotion to charge nurse and the added responsibility it brought.

Jennifer was a loving, caring, wife, mother, sister and daughter. She brought joy to her children and family. Her children were her life. They are bright, inquisitive, happy children due greatly to their wonderful mother.

Jeni loved spending time at the family cottage on Birch Lake in Michigan and was there with her family most summer weekends. She also enjoyed vacationing with the Bishops at the Orlando attractions, escaping the February cold. Jeni often was involved with her children, nieces and nephews at various school and athletic functions, helping out and cheering them on. Jeni will be greatly missed by her family and friends. We love you Jen!
