Our lovely daughter Rose Fay Bitoun sadly passed away on October 25, 2022, at the age of 4.

Rosie was born near the base of the Rocky Mountains in Colorado.

She was a Pre-K 3 student at Ecole Bilingue De La Nouvelle-Orléans where she was loved and cared for immensely.

She attended Bethany Church B-tots where she loved to dance and sing about Jesus. Along with her passion for dancing, she was just becoming a ballerina at the New Orleans Dance Academy.

Rosie loved the color pink, baby dolls, barbies and unicorns.
She had an infectious laugh and could brighten anyone's day.

Rosie is survived by her parents Jacques and Courtney; brother Finn; Grandparents, David and Donna Euvino, Faye Avants; Aunts and Uncles, Christopher Euvino, Frederick Bitoun, Thomas and Candice Tamez, James and Cassidi Freeman, Tabitha Anderson; Cousins, Jarrott, Keegan, Chloe, Aubrey, Hadley; as well as numerous extended family members, friends, and classmates.

Rosie is preceded in death by her Grandfather Simon Bitoun.

Service at 2pm on Sunday, October 30, 2022 at Bethany Church of New Orleans, 3700 Canal Street, NOLA, 70119.

An interment at Dispersed of Judah Cemetery, 4937 Canal Street, NOLA, 70119.

The family wishes to send a special thank you to the staff and community at Ecole Bilingue, New Orleans City Park Conservancy and Bethany Church of New Orleans for their care and compassion
