On Monday, October 24, 2022, Jaz'Min Boatwright, 11, entered eternal rest at Upstate University Hospital. She was predeceased by her father, Adon Boatwright Jr. and grandfather, Adon Boatwright, Sr. Jaz'Min leaves to cherish her beautiful memory and celebrate her homegoing, her mother, Maya McCullough; grandparents, Vickie McCullough, Joeann Starling, Marquis Haynes, and Sharon Haynes; brother, Legend Thomas; sister, Niara Boatwright and step-sister, Lazaya Thomas; Godbrother, Moab Willis Jr.; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and other relatives and friends. Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, November 1st, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. with funeral services immediately following at FARONE & SON, Inc. Funeral Home, 1500 Park Street, Syracuse, NY. Burial will be at Oakwood Cemetery.
