OBITUARY FOR MICHAEL LAURIE WEED
Michael Laurie Weed, 86, of Martinsburg, passed away on Friday, October 28, 2022 at his home.
Born July 31, 1936, in Washington, DC, he was the son of the late David Laurie Weed and Wilma Sparks Weed.
He was a Veteran of the United States Marines and retired from the Rockville Courthouse as the Assistant States Attorney.
Michael is survived by his wife, Judith Taylor Weed; three sons, Jim Weed, Chris Weed, and Greg Weed; three step- children, Mark Shifflett, Karen Tschida, Karla Coppa; seven grandchildren, Sarah, Lindsey, Kristin, Andrea, Natalie, Carmen, and Jessica; four great grandchildren, Isla, Connor, Logan and Ryan; two brothers, David Weed and Timothy Weed..
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, Patrick Weed.
Services and interment will be private
