Elise Barrieau
SANORD — Elise Barrieau, 95, formerly of Allen Street died Wednesday at Maine Stay Nursing Home.

She was born in Bouctouche, New Brunswick. Feb 2, 1888, daughter of Antoine and Mane Girouard Collette.

Mrs Barrieau came to Sanford 60 years ago. She was a communicant of St Ignatius Church. Her husband Moses J Barrieau died in 1969.

Survivors include, Edward Richard Barrieau and Landry Bameau both of Westbrook. Wilfred Barrieau of Raymond NH, Moses Barrieau of Kennebunkport and Henry Barrieau of Orlando, and four daughters Mrs Constantine (Evelyn) Daeris of Kennebunkport, Lorraine Barrieau of Kennebunk, Mrs Roland (Pauline) arlaml of Derry, NH and Thelma Bameau of Belgrade, a brother Gaston Collette of New Brunswick, a sister Mrs Edgar (Marie-Ange) Gaudette of Sanford, 22 grandchildren, 41 greatgrandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be said Saturday at 9 am in St Ignatius Church. Interment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Londonderry, NH in the spring.
