Erik was a devout Christian, a beloved brother, uncle and friend who will be sorely missed by all. He is survived by his sisters:
1. Karen Pearson and her husband John Richard "Dick" of Bridgewater,
2. Heidi Johnson of Stoughton
3. Marta Doherty and her husband Bernard of Plymouth,
Also several nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, cousins and friends, whom Erik loved dearly.
A Funeral Mass was at the First Evangelical Lutheran Church, Brockton. Burial will follow at the Massachusetts Military Cemetery in Bourne.
