Lana H. Allred, age 73 of Cookeville, Tennessee passed from this life Saturday, November 12, 2022 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. She was born Thursday, January 13, 1949 in Cookeville to Anna (Smith) Turner and the late John Turner.
Lana leaves behind her son: David (Christi) Howell; Brothers: Robert and Reed Turner; mother: Ann Turner; and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In addition to her father, Lana was preceded in death by her husband: Melvin Allred and a sister: Patricia Harness.
Lana chose cremation with a memorial service at a later date.
