James G. Brannan, 73, of Chillicothe, died 11:15 p.m., Tuesday, April 25, 2006, in Sunbridge Circleville Healthcare Center following an extended illness. He was born December 2, 1932, in Ross County, to the late Charles and Dorothy Groves Brannan. On March 31, 1951, he married the former Hazel Long, who survives.
Also surviving are a daughter, Kathy Parks, of Gilbert AZ; a son, Jamie (Minndy) Brannan, Jr., of Gold Canyon, AZ; grandchildren, Angela, Jenifer, Bon, Sarah and Hannah; great-grandchildren, Darian and Mikayla; a sister, Barbara Oates, of Corona, CA; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by brothers, Wayne and Bob Brannan and a sister, Evelyn Limle.
James was a retired meat cutter.
Services were entrusted to Ware Funeral Home of Chillicothe, Ohio.
