Mrs. Catharine Bush, of Juniata township, widow of the late Augustus Bush, died on the 13th inst., after a lingering illness, due to general debility, aged a lingering illness, due to general debility, aged 73 years. Mrs. Bush's husband preceded her to the grave about fifteen years ago. She is survived by the following children: Valentine, John and Christ, of Huntingdon; Silas, William, Rudolph, Mrs. A. Lincoln Davis and Mrs. A. M. Kelley, all of Juniata township, as well as another daughter, Mrs. Mary Heffner, of Iowa. Mrs. Bush was a consistent member of the Reformed church for many years. She was a good mother, a kind neighbor, and in the community where she had lived so long was respected by all. The funeral took place on Friday, services being in charge of Revs. Garrett, of McConnellstown, and Fleck, of Huntingdon. The burial took place in the cemetery at Hawn's bridge.
