Frank J. Boback, Jr., 81, of Fall River, passed away on Sunday, November 20, 2022 at Vibra Hospital of Southeastern MA. He was the husband of Eva (Simmons) Boback.

Mr. Boback was born in Elrama, PA, son of the late Frank J. and Dorothy (Darney) Boback and had resided in Westport for most of his life prior to relocating to Fall River. A career U.S. Navy veteran for over 30 years, he served his country in the Vietnam War. He was a member of the Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 207, the American Legion-James Morris Post 145 and the V.F.W. Ouellette Post 8502, all of Westport. He loved animals.

Survivors along with his wife include his two daughters: Nancy Perkins of Westport and JoAnn Pariseau of Dartmouth; two brothers: Bruce Boback of NC and Matthew Boback of PA; along with several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

He was the brother of the late Johanna Boback and Raymond Boback.

Funeral service to which relatives and friends are invited will be Monday, November 28, 2022 at the Potter Funeral Home.

Interment in Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne.
