Robert Nelson Fox, II died unexpectedly in Wichita, Kansas of pulmonary heart disease. Born to Neveda Kay West and Robert Fox in Medicine Lodge, Kansas. He is the grandson of Alice Nelson Fox and Lehman Fox, and Alice Wells West and Hugh L. West.

When Bob was a baby, his mother left with him and for quite a while, no one knew there whereabouts. In the early 1970's it was learned that he was living in poor conditions in Nebraska, and wasn't being properly cared for. Bob's dad, aunt, and his paternal grandparents went to get him and brought him to Oklahoma to live. This was not the first time his Dad had to remove Bob from his mother's care.

Bob attended Junction Hill School in West Plains, Missouri, where he lived with his grandparents, Lehman and Alice Fox on their farm. He was on the "A" basketball team, and his number was 22.

Before starting high school, he moved to Indiana and lived with his Uncle Jerry. He attended Hebron High School where he played basketball, volleyball, and was a member of the marching band, graduating in 1980.

After high school, Bob moved to Pratt, Kansas where he met and married Beth King in June of 1981. A few years after Bob and Beth divorced, he married Patricia Divelbiss. Together they have children, Jessica, Benjamin, Kassandria, Emily, and Clayton. Their grandchildren are Greyson, Makyla and Jack Dill. Bob was happiest when he was with his his children and grandchildren.

Bob always worked in the construction field, and for several years he owned and operated Fox Contracting in Pratt, Kansas.

In addition to his children, and grandkids, Bob will be missed by his dad, Robert Fox, uncle Jerry Fox, cousins Vickie Hinkle, Debbie Moore. and Del Fox, his nephews Jagger and Maxson Fox, along with his brother Jerry D. Fox, and sister Kristy Fox.
