Laurence Stratton was the 2nd child of David and Cynthia (Stoner) Stratton. He married Teresa Stager on Sept. 17, 1902. He was the father of Eva, Roy, Lena and Lola Stratton. Laurence died at St. Margaret's Hospital on Sept 5, 1941 of meningitis. He was an electrical engineer for the coal company for many years. Prior to his death he was working with the Works Progress Admin. Laurence currently does not have a headstone. He is buried next to his parents. His father, David, was the stewart of Antioch cemetery prior to his death. His wife, Teresa (aka Daisy), is buried in Wenona next to her parents, John and Teresa Stager.
