Josef Brandlinger "Sr" (Joseph Brendlinger "Sr")
Brandlinger is the original German spelling of his name. When he came to America the spelling of his name was written as Joseph Brendlinger as was his son Joseph's name.
They were not Jr and Sr officially but for the sake of clarity, I am adding "Jr" and "Sr".
