Following the death of Reuben, his widow remarried in 1886. She divorced her second husband in 1900.

Reuben Russell, son of {the late} Randall Russell of this county, was kicked by a horse last week in Gallia County and only lived about a day afterward. He died about noon on Friday so our informant stated.
