Mrs. Margie Louise Armbruster, 97, a resident of Murray, KY died December 1, 2022 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Union City.
The family will receive visitors from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm on Wednesday at the White-Ranson Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm Wednesday at White-Ranson Funeral Home. Burial will follow in East View Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Tripp Young, Brent Young, Mark Ward, Kyle Thurman, Rusty Young. Roy Wiley will be a honorary pallbearer.
Mrs. Armbruster was born on August 13, 1925 in Union City, TN to the late Robert Roger Young, Sr. and Alma (Wright) Young Mohr.
She worked as a Dietitian and Head of Food Services for Murray State University. On June 24, 1945, she married James Iven Armbruster, and he preceded her on August 21, 2013.
She was a member of First Methodist Church in Union City.
The family requests memorials be sent to: St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Vanderbilt Children's Hospital
Mrs. Armbruster is survived by a son; James "Jimmy" Armbruster, II and wife Patricia of Sterling, CO, granddaughter; Mya Armbruster Baca and husband Kenneth Paul of Highlands Ranch, CO, grandson; Matthew Armbruster of Sterling, CO, great-granddaughter; Kaia Sloane Baca, great-grandson; Kaden Paul Baca both of Highlands Ranch, CO.
