Mary Lucille Windle went to be with her Lord May 24, 2005. She was born February 24, 1921 in Mulberry AR. Mary was one of eleven brothers and sisters born to Robert Cecil and Nettie Jane Bell. She came to Oklahoma City in 1939. On June 10, 1940, she was united in marriage to Leon Earl Windle. Mary is survived by her two sons, Richard and Ricky Windle of Midwest City; one daughter, Doris Hughes of Georgia; seven grandchildren, Tim Waters of Georgia; Dawn Hilterbran of Midwest City; Karen Bartlett of Newalla; Amanda Windle of Del City; Christopher, Corey and Heather Windle of Midwest City; three great grandchildren, Dakota and Dalton Bartlett, and Denny Hilterbran. Mary was blessed with numerous nieces and nephews. She loved to play cards, make crafts, cook and bake, and spend time with her family. She was an amazing mom, grandma, and great grandma. She will be greatly missed. The family extends a warm thanks to the wonderful staff at the Sommerset Assisted Living Center and Good Shepherd Hospice. We appreciate your caring and compassion. Services will be at 12:00 p.m. Tuesday May 31 2005 at Bill Eisenhour SE Chapel with interment at Sunnylane Cemetery.
