Virginia Ann Adams, age 47, of Berry, Kentucky, passed away Thursday, February 7, 2008, at her home. Born on August 23, 1960, she was a daughter of the late Leroy and Anna Grace Merrill Elliott. On August 24, 1994, she married Donald Adams, Jr., and her husband survives her passing. She was a member of the Pentecostal faith.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by: three children, Connie Christopher, of Berry, Kellie Kells, of Harrison County, Kentucky, and Jarrett Moore, of Corinth, Kentucky; five grandchildren, Ricky, Brandon, Tristen, Gracie and Jordan; four brothers, Leston Elliott, Earl Elliott, Paul Elliott and Earnest Moore; two sisters, Geraldine Henson and Vicky Crawford; five nieces; and seven nephews. She was preceded in death by a grandson, Thomas Christopher.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 13, at Woodhead Funeral Home, in Berry, with Rev. Floyd Race officiating. The visitation will precede the service from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Pythian Grove Cemetery. Memorial contributions are suggested to Heap Heating Fund, Berry Lions Club, P.O. Box 156, Berry, Kentucky 41003.
