Bolt, Helen Jeanette age 89 of 906 West Broadway, Lenoir City, passed away Tuesday afternoon, November 21, 2000, at the Loudon Health Care Center.

Helen attended First Baptist Church. She was retired from Charles H. Bacon.

Helen was preceded in death by her daughter, Phyllis Bolt Lewis; parents, Jake G. Ballew and Emma Gardner Ballew; brothers, Raymond and James Ballew; and a friend, Mary Shipwash.

Survivors: sister and brother-in-law, Ursa and Paul Kerley of Lenoir City; niece, Mrs. Tom (Mary Sue) Buckner of Knoxville; nephew, Gary Lynn Ballew of Lenoir City; Aunt, Nell Babb of Knoxville; special friends, Lisa and Paul Helton and their children, Gina, Mandy and Phillip Helton.

Family and friends will gather at 11 A.M. Friday at Lenoir City Cemetery for graveside services with Rev. Dick DeMerchant officiating.

The family will receive friends from 5-7 P.M. Thursday at Click Funeral Home in Lenoir City.
