CORNELIO AGUILERA, 97, passed away Wednesday, February 13, 2008. He was a longtime resident of El Paso and was a member of the Catholic Church. Mr. Aguilera was preceded in death by his wife Timotea Aguilera, daughters Yolanda Aguilera and Aida Talavera, son Alfonso Corona, Brothers Lauriano Aguilera, Luz Aguilera, sisters Josefina Venegas and Dolores Aguilera. He is survived by his sons Efren Corona (Marta Elena), Jose Angel Corona, Fernando Aguilera (Maria Elena), and Francisco Aguilera (Irma). Daughter: Yolanda Morales (David). She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren. Sister Clara Melendez. Visitation will be Sunday from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday at Hillcrest Funeral Home-Carolina. Vigil Service will be Sunday at 7 p.m. at Hillcrest Chapel. Funeral Mass will be Monday at 11:30 a.m. at San Juan Bautista Catholic Church. Pallbearers will be Orlando Corona, Ronald Corona, Jesse Aguilera, Danny Aguilera, Michael Jude Morales, Richard Corona, J.T. Torres, Isaiah Moreno, Alec Corona, and Frank Talavera.
