Alvin W. Conrad, 75, of 2101 Drexel Ave. died yesterday in his residence. Mr. Conrad was a retired custodian for city schools and St. Luke's Lutheran Church. He was a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church. Surviving are his wife, Gladys; three daughters, Mrs. Fred (Jean) Dray and Mrs. Robert (Jane) Gillian, both of Fort Wayne, and Mrs. Lowell (Judy) Zoller, Huntsville, Ala.; two sons, Donald and Jack; a brother, Clarence, all of Fort Wayne; and two sisters, Mrs. Viola Etzler, Van Wert, Ohio, and Mrs. Harold Etzler, Convoy, Ohio; and 15 grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in Redeemer Lutheran Church. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Klaehn's South Anthony Chapel. Burial will be in Covington, Memorial Gardens.

Alvin W. Conrad, 75, 2101 Drexel Ave., Fort Wayne, died Saturday at his residence. He was born in Root Township, Adams County, and was a brother of the late Lloyd and Paul Conrad of Decatur.

Mr. Conrad was a retired custodian for Fort Wayne city schools and St. Luke’s Lutheran Church, and was a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church.

Survivors include his wife, Gladys; three daughters, Mrs. Fred (Jean)Dray and Mrs. Robert (Jane) Gillian, both of Fort Wayne, and Mrs. Lowell (Judy) Zoller of Huntsville, Ala.; two sons, Donald and Jack, and a brother, Clarence, all of Fort Wayne; and two sisters, Mrs. Viola Etzler of Van Wert and Mrs. Harold Etzler of Convoy; 15 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in Redeemer Lutheran Church. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Klaehn’s South Anthony Chapel, Fort Wayne. Burial will be in Covington Memorial Gardens.
