STAR CITY -- Jimmie Nell Nichols, 65, of Star City, died Sunday at her home.
She was born Dec. 19, 1939, at Star City, a daughter of the late Paul Fullbright and Jennie Fea McGee Fullbright.
She was a graduate of Star City High School and the University of Arkansas at Monticello.
She retired as the Lincoln County Supervisor for the Department of Human Services after working for 37 years.
She was a former member of the Arkansas Human Services Employees Association.
She was a member of the Holly Springs Missionary Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Norman Nichols; a son, Nick Lawson Nichols of Star City; a daughter, Paula Louann Nichols of Star City; and one grandchild.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Holly Springs Missionary Baptist Church with J.C. Patterson and Frank Pheuninger officiating. Burial will be in Holly Springs Cemetery by Griffin Funeral Service at Star City.
