He had been a master plumber, and for the past 10 years was vice president of the Central Heating and Plumbing Co. Mr. Wahl was born in Scotch Plains and had lived in this area all his life. He was a communicant of Holy Trinity Church.
He is survived by his widow Mrs. Alice Eller Wahl; two sons Harry L. Jr. of Plainfield and Frank E. Wahl of Phoenix, Ariz.; four grandchildren; and four sisters, Mrs. William Rilling of North Plainfield, Mrs. Jacob King of South Plainfield, Mrs. Edward Sutton of Dunellen, and Mrs. Wilbur P. De Milt of Westfield.
The funeral was held Tuesday at 9 a. m. from Gray's Funeral Home. A Requiem High Mass followed at 9:30 in Holy Trinity Church. Interment was in St. Mary's Cemetery, Plainfield.
