Eliza was the Daughter of David Tush and Martha Patsy Elliott Fisher.

She was the sibling of Sarah E. and William J. Fisher and the half Sister of America, Elizabeth and Jeremiah Fisher.

She was married first to Elias Thompson Jones on November 20, 1848 in Barren County, Kentucky.

From this union the following children were born. Martha Elizabeth Jones Fisher, Sarah Ellen Jones Elliot, Tabitha Frances Jones Williams, William Smith, James R. and David Sigel Jones.

Thompson and Eliza lived close to his father on Peters Creek, Barren County, Kentucky. With Eliza's family living over on Skaggs Creek, just North of Peters Creek.

Sometime between 1850 and 1855 they left Kentucky for Missouri. As Tabitha was born there in 1855. William S. was also born in Missouri in 1857. On July 24, 1860 she was censused in Cessin Township, Howell County with her family. It is thought that Thompson was in Doniphan, Missouri in 1862. Civil War records shows the family in Webster County, Missouri in 1863, and Eliza was in Grant, Dallas County on August 1, 1870.

She was married second to Elijah W. Williams on December 21, 1871 in Polk County, Missouri.

From this marriage two more Daughters, Elvina Williams Boren and Eliza Bell Williams Angle Rexroe were born.
